Rice Cereal!

Anya had her first 'food' tonight.

Lil' happy Miss Pretty has no idea what's in store for her.

Here comes the spoon with something on it.

Ummm, what just happened?

Seriously.... Now what?

Teaghan was pretty excited about what transpired.

As was Maeve. Can't you tell?

Anya's Baptism

Anya Joanna Lynch celebrated her baptism this past weekend at St. Catherine's Church in Morgan Hill, CA.

Here's an action shot as Father Gene performs the ceremony.

Another action shot as Teaghan and Maeve come up for a closer look. Surprisingly, neither climbed into the holy water.

"What's this all about again....!?"

The proud God Parents: Ed and Karen Lavelle.

Father Gene O'Donnell, who you might know from his Tin Whistle/Guitar/vocals work in The Rogues.

Special thanks to Uncle Paul and Aunt Mary who do everything they can to attend all of the Lavelle grandchildren's baptisms. They are simply amazing.

No baptism is complete without a few jigs and reels.

Name That Ailment - The Aftermath

So apparently the ailment was a mundane bacterial infection that can be treated with antibiotics.

The redness is gone, but the horror remains.

As if there was ever any doubt who that toe belonged to... And he couldn't be prouder.

More Ketchup/Catsup Part IIIIXVIIVX

Ok. I'm finally back at it. There will be incremental updates throughout the week as I make one last effort to catch up to real time again. Oh, and there will be ANOTHER hol' the baby thread for all you hol' the baby junkies (you know who you are).

Blogging, like Presidentin', is hard work!

No, Homeland Security did not finally catch up to Teaghan. She is obviously just getting ready to get her hands stamped by Miss B. at Preschool after the Father's Day Sing Along (best thing ever).

Little Anya Joanna smiles as her Great Grandma Joanna (and namesake) gives her a boost.

Miss Pretty is caught in the act doing some advertising for her birthplace.

Maeve is doing Tumbling on Tuesdays. She loooves it.

Too bad she's so timid and scared of heights!

It's never too early to train for the 2020 Redwood City Olympics (yep, RWC is so getting the games. With its "Climate Best by Government Test", where else would they go!?)
